In my last post I said that a lot of things have been going on in my life, so let me tell you about one of them.
As you dear readers know, I am the proud owner of three rambunctious kitties. They are kinda up there in age, 15, 13 and 8, and have been going strong for most of the time. My male, Ivan, is a bit of a different story. He's always been sickly, and the past two years he's developed six new disorders, with the last one being lupus. He's in a decent amount of pain and the treatment for lupus can possibly damage his kidneys. So it looks like I'll have to put him to sleep soon. The thought of doing so is heartbreaking, as I've had him since he was two months old and fit into the palm of my hand. It's been an honor and a joy to have spent the last 13 years with him, and a great life lesson as well. I feel blessed that the fates allowed him to spend his lifetime with me.
So thats what Im going to be dealing with in the next month or so. Do you all have any stories of pets you've lost?

Just know that he'll be in MUCH less pain. Just remember the good times you've have.
