This song has been a fave of mine since I was in college. Ok, yes, I was a little late to love this song, but thats how Lola flows. And, of course, its always a fave when Im in a relationship.
Hey. Here's a new way of looking at this song/group. After YEARS of living in the dark/ominous/depressing world that was "alternative" music, they saw the friendlier side of prosperity/happiness (I know they don't necessarily go band in hand, but. . ) much like 'Nightmare before Christmas. Lighter love songs can be cool too. Just a thought. Be mindful I've liked the Cure since 'Standing on a Beach'.
